Press Shop & Sheet Metal Stamping Facility (30T–500T)
Our Press Shop is a key strength of our production department, equipped with a comprehensive range of mechanical and hydraulic presses from 30 tons to 500 tons, including England-made and locally manufactured equipment. Supported by an integrated shearing section, our facility handles high-volume sheet metal blanking, stamping, deep drawing, forming, piercing, trimming, and press manufacturing for OEM automotive components. Our capabilities include progressive, transfer, and line-die operations with precise tonnage control.
Die Designing & Tooling Development Center
Halfman Engineering operates a state-of-the-art Tool & Die facility in Karachi with the capability to design and manufacture production dies, welding jigs, and checking fixtures directly from CAD data. Our toolroom supports the development of progressive, transfer, and line dies engineered for precision, consistency, and high-volume automotive production, alongside preventive maintenance and die refurbishment.
CNC Machining, Turning & Milling
Precision CNC machining of components, tooling, dies, fixtures, and production parts with a strong focus on dimensional accuracy, consistency, and quality. Our CNC machining capabilities enable us to manufacture precision-engineered components with complex profiles, detailed features, and tight dimensional requirements. CAD/CAM Design, Simulation & Engineering
Advanced CAD/CAM design, engineering development, and CNC programming for precision components, dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and production applications. Our design capabilities cover AutoCAD, Creo, AutoForm, and CATIA, enabling us to develop accurate 2D drawings, detailed 3D models, tooling designs, and production-ready engineering data. From initial concept and design development to CAM programming and validated NC code, we provide a complete digital engineering workflow focused on precision, manufacturability, and production efficiency.
Spot & MIG Welding Assembly Bays
Our Welding Shop is a vital part of our production facility, dedicated to the precise assembly of components, sub-components, and accessories for automotive applications. Equipped with modern welding facilities and experienced technical personnel, we deliver consistent, reliable, and high-quality welded assemblies. Our capabilities include GMAW/MIG Welding (200–300 Amp), PLC-controlled fixed spot welding (35 kVA), portable spot welding (30 kVA), SMAW, and buffing & polishing for structural and non-structural automotive assemblies.
Quality Assurance & Metrology Inspection
Our Quality Assurance & Inspection Department is dedicated to maintaining precision, consistency, and reliability throughout the manufacturing process. Equipped with modern inspection equipment and experienced quality personnel, we ensure components meet specified dimensions, tolerances, design requirements, and OEM standards. Our capabilities include CMM inspection, Checking Fixture (CF) verification, gauge calibration, in-process inspection, final inspection, and complete PPAP documentation.
