What to Include for Fast Engineering & Export Quotations

1. 2D & 3D CAD Files
Email or WhatsApp your 3D models (STEP, IGES, Parasolid) and 2D drawings (DXF, PDF) with critical GD&T tolerances for CNC machining or die tooling.
2. Material Grade & Thickness
Specify sheet thickness (0.5 mm–6.0 mm) and standard (JIS G3141 SPCC/SPHC, SGCC galvanized, high-tensile steel, aluminum, or ASTM/DIN equivalents) for 30T–500T press stamping.
3. Volume & Secondary Operations
Include prototype vs. annual production batch quantities, plus required PLC spot/MIG welding, Checking Fixtures (CF), or surface treatment.
4. Quality & Inspection Deliverables
Indicate required ISO 9001:2015 quality documentation, CMM dimensional inspection reports, First-Article Inspection (FAI), or OEM PPAP submission packages.
